Asking for assistance - feel misled by binance and betrayed.

I've been using binance since early 2016....

I was forced by binance to transition to binance.us earlier this year, I was restricted on my binance account from trading and could only withdraw/send funds to another account.

Now my binance.us account is blocked from everything due to the state I live in.... would have been nice if they told me beforehand.

Now my requests to support are being ignored, I've submitted a complaint to BBB which was ignored by binance.

I'm feeling very much misled and would like to request a resolution for a refund if possible.

This feels like a direct attempt to defraud customers and retail investors of funds and I can't be the only person this has happened to.
