Attempt of a phone call scam?

I don't have, nor have I ever made a Binance account, but I started getting messages from binance about some providers being linked to my account. Once I checked the number offered at binance confirm, it turned out that the quantity isn't official Binance channel (who would've thought)

I noticed that it might be a scam attempt, in any case, I'm not new to the internet, so I simply disregarded the message.

But then immediately I acquired an identical sort of message from CryptoCom and immediately went to verify with their help.

The help informed me I can safely disregard the message, however failed to offer me with an evidence of why this keeps occurring (was my number leaked someplace? What kind of a rip-off is that this?)
