Bank transfers mobile (SEPA)

I know this has prob been for a while so I am sorry if it is a stupid question but at the moment Binance on my Android says the bank transfer SEPA is under maintenance. It's has been a while since I used Binance but lately I start using it more again. Most of the time I did my transfers via Mobile which was handy but now it is not possible anymore now. Does anyone know when it will come back or what is happening exactly? I liked that u didnt need to pay any fees! Thank you in advance!
