hi that is my first time making a binance account however when i make the verification steps i get this message, i already tried making a unique account to do the verification once more nevertheless it keeps displaying me that. i talked to the help group they usually advised me that they cant help me what ought to i do. im dominican i dont know if it has something to do with it.
