Be careful

Today marks one month from emailing Binance.us support and not receiving a response. This isn't a hate thread (even though I'm thoroughly disgusted with the binance.us support team) but advice. I ended up doing well from Safemoon, luckily, and used a wrong memo when sending it back to my Binance account. I emailed the support team on April 17th and only received one response. It was to include the required documentation to help find the lost coins. It has been one month since I responded accordingly and haven't had a reply since.

Moral of the story, make sure your address and memo are correct or else you will lose out of your gains.
