Yet every day we read about people that should be aware of the key advice but violate this advice anyway - whether its anecdotal stories of people through posts or comments or news posts about other people. I wonder why that happens? So let's see.

If we assume that these are 10 of the most pivotal rules when it comes to doing well in crypto:

1. Self-custody your crypto
2. Dollar cost average (buy slowly)
3. Make Bitcoin and/or Ethereum a significant part of your portfolio
4. Do not FOMO or panic sell
5. Do not invest more than you can lose
6. Take profits (during the bull market)
7. Do not listen to shillers on social media
8. Dont advertise your crypto holdings online
9. Do not store your seed online
10. Focus on your education by learning a lot about crypto
