Best time to buy

I would like to start buying cryptos but I have two questions as an obvious newbie:

- I'm currently watching the market and already wanted to buy two or three months ago but fortunately I'm super careful and thought we didn't reach the bottom of the pit yet. What do you think? Do we already reached the bottom or will it crash further into oblivion, in you opinion?

- I'm worried crypto the decision of the fed to raise interest rates (expected 7 times in 2022, reaching 2.9% in early 2023) will kill the crypto market till early 2023 like it killed the Dot-com bubble, particulary since many crypto projects have, until now, failed to prove they can be useful or adopted by people in the real world or at a way slower rate than expected. What do you think of these perspectives?
