Best way to stake ETH if you hold

Sorry if this is a repetitive question but I can't find any good answers online.

Here's my current situation:

- I am a long term ETH holder so I would like to stake some of my ETH to make some passive income

- I have less than 32 ETH so cannot run a node on my own

- I own a trezor and would like to stake my coins without being at risk of getting my coins stolen (if possible)

- I am 100% against keeping my coins stored on a hot wallet / exchange

I am not 100% sure on the basics as I am new to staking, so if anyone could enlighten me on where to look / what staking pool to join that would be great. I care more about safety than returns, so I would like the safest way to stake my coins while minimizing risks of losing my coins.

Thanks in advance!
