Best way to stake ETH stored in Ledger wallet?

Hi everyone,

I've been holding onto some ETH for a while now and I want to start staking it to earn some rewards. However, I'm not sure what the best way to go about this is. My ETH is currently stored in my Ledger wallet, so I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for the best way to stake it from there.

I've heard of Kiln and Lido as options for staking, but I'm not sure which one is the safest to use. Has anyone had experience staking with either of these platforms? Are there any other options that I should consider?
