Best workflow for buying gift cards as a small single-GPU ETH miner?

Okay, so, I recently bought a 6600XT at launch and am only mining while not gaming. I'm currently using NiceHash but looking into mining ETH directly using Phoenix Miner but I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to "cash out" ETH to gift cards specifically. Acceptable GCs to me include Amazon, Target, Best Buy, eBay, Blizzard and Steam. Ideally, I would be able to cash out in small increments (like as small as ~$25 USD GCs every few weeks) on a more regular basis since even that amount will probably take me at least a couple weeks? I'm not even up to $25 USD via NiceHash yet.

My current workflow: NiceHash > CoinBase > Gyft (Really simple)

I'm looking at using Ethermine but Ethermine pays out on the Polygon network. Are there any sites where I can buy GCs using small amounts of ETH/Matic on Polygon so that I don't have to pay transfer fees to move it to another network?

It would be: Phoenix Miner > Ethermine > Polygon > ???
