Binance Account disabled since last one year

Hello there. I've registered my Binance account again in March 2021, since then I'm doing spot buying and selling on and off, primarily buying crypto belongings for long term investment. Last yest round June, out of no the place my account obtained disabled for trading and I can't withdraw any money out of my account. I try to contact Binance customer help multiple time and each time they stated that my account is underneath assessment as a result of some on going monitoring assessment/audit they usually can't actually inform me when will probably be resumed. Even once I ask is there one thing I can do to resume my account, they stated no they'll get in touch every time they need one thing. But this by no means come so far. Now its been more than an yr and no progress but, I'm so annoyed as I can't withdraw any money (which I want in most) and not with the ability to do trading can also be a loss on my end.

Does anyone dwelling in Germany face this challenge and how did you resolve this drawback? What steps can I take to hurry up the process?
