Binance account is totally restricted now?

I know they have been restricting any trading for US users but I can't even download my history anymore.

I got a tax extension this year so i can go back and work on past years of my crypo trading. Primarily binance.com Since i can only download 4 transaction periods at a time i have been Waiting until the first day of each month. My last download was July 1st and now that August is here... i'm getting a message that reads "Service suspended for restricted countries" when I try to open up the Binance website to continue downloading my history. It's not even letting me onto the site anymore. Anyone know why they're not even letting us download our history anymore? I'm not sure how to finish my taxes now. I needed 5 more downloads. Any help would be appreciated. Thx
