Binance Alpha Banned My Account for No Reason - Anyone Recovered?

My Binance Alpha account obtained banned outta nowhere over a month ago no clear purpose given. Help says it's their auto danger system doing it, promises it'll raise "sooner or later," but no timeline, and my attraction received nowhere. Anybody here get their Alpha account back after this crap? How long'd it take you? Misplaced my factors and drops, super frustrating
