Binance API won't talk to my account

I wrote a simple script that should just access my account via my API keys and then print my basic account information, but for some reason I'm getting an error saying either the API keys aren't right, the IP isn't permitted, or the permissions aren't granted.

I've tried this with two sets of API keys and it's not the IP, so there must be some permission in the settings somewhere I have to turn on to let my python script access my account info. Anyone have any idea what this is?
