I am trying to withdraw 1000 USDT from Binance to my Newton exchange account.
I would be using the ERC20 network as Newton only supports that one for USDT.

The fee, is it taken from the 1000 USDT so that I will receive 985 USDT in my Newton account?
or is the fee taken from the remaining USDT in my Binance account?
