Binance blocked my transaction, banned my IP and the QR code for facial recognition isn't working....

Hello. So, I'm really tired of Binance now....

1. They blocked my withdrawal because of.... nothing? I used the same device with the same IP address and the system blocked all of my withdrawal request :)
2. I tried to login from phone after this and I got an IP ban. Binance.com gave me Error 303 and the app didn't works. I changed my IP, everything is good now.
3. I tried to start the facial recognition multiple times, but the app keeps saying "Invalid QR code"

Anyone have idea to resolve this? :/ I'm already thinking about moving to Coinbase or crypto.com ......
