Binance blocking house purchase in UK

I am applying for a mortgage in the UK and am required to provide a 3 month statement from every exchange I've been using in the last 3 months. However, Binance support do not wish to do this which means I cannot buy a house. This seems to be a really poor service and awful for the crypto space if traders cannot be trusted by lenders if mainstream exchanges do not provide basic documentation. If this hits the news then surely many people will decide not to engage with crypto and not to engage with Binance.
