Binance Card declined! Funds deducted…

Nicely I simply went to the store and for the third time I assume I decided to use the Binance card. Nicely for my shock it was declined, but since I had my primary debit card with me I paid the transaction with that one with none worries.

I received house to examine why the hell the card was declined and there it was a transaction accomplished for 0.00€ and down on the “receipt” (i don’t know hows it referred to as) -225€ the exact quantity I paid on the store with my essential debit card. Nicely it doesn't make any f* sense so I've contacted Binance..

“Yes it was a problem on our finish your funds might be refunded within 2 hours”

Okay I stated, no drawback..

(Next day)

“Sure it was an issue on our finish and we apologize the inconvenience, you'll be refunded inside 3 enterprise days”

Okay no worries I stated….

(three Business days after)

“Uhh yeah did you contacted the vendor?”

Yes on the identical day…

“Uhmm sure we'll ship this to the backend department”

“After contacting the department we could have you refunded within 5 days”

Like wtf is that this? Its a problem you admited, you're telling me Binance doesn't have 225€ to do this f* refund? The f* transaction is in there for you to see what's the concern?!?
