Binance card issues

Hi everyone! I’ve been using the Binance Card for a while now and I haven’t got a problem until recently.

So let me tell you my story and what’s going on! Btw, i live in EU.

1. On 8th of July I made a payment (134.4 euro) with my Binance Card on a local market (Emag - Romania) which I’ve canceled immediately after.

2. On 12th of July I received a notification from Binance saying that the refund was done - money back on my card.

3. I checked my card and the money wasn’t there so on the 17th of July I contacted Binance support which told me to wait for 5 business days and the money will be refunded.

4. I’ve waited those 5 days and checked again my card. Not only the refund wasn’t made but my other funds (only those in Euro) were missing. (Around 50 euros or something).

5. I’ve been in contact with the support since 24th of July but the only thing they managed to do was to freeze my card. Basically:

6. they told me to e-mail [email protected] (i did that, noone answered me, not even a confirmation e-mail);

7. they tried to convince me that the refund was actually made (LOL);

8. they tried to convince me that I spent the money after the refund was made (LOL again) - i have screenshots with all recent transactions;

9. they pass me around from one support to another with no reason at all, just to give me enough BS so i could leave them alone.

But the thing is i’m not giving up. I have screenshots with proof of everything I said above. I really hope you guys will help me gaining more visibility so they will take me seriously with my problem!

Update 1: 24 hours later I still don’t have an update from Binance but I should get one in 12 hours (according to their support). Thanks everyone for the support!
