Binance Card not able to process released security deposits

I'm using the Binance card for cashback since a few month now. Unfortunately, I made some unpleasent experiences these days. On vacation a lodge asked for a security deposit of approx. 100 EUR, which I used the card for. So as soon as you take a look at the lodge will release the quantity from your card and you'll not be billed. Nevertheless, on my card historical past I see that the deposit after staying an extended time in standing Paid ultimately modified to Completed, so the amount was actually debited from my stability.

If this simply happend once I'd treat it as a weird coincidence, however similar process recently with the security deposit of a rental automotive. Only this time it's 500 EUR that didn't get launched to my stability again. I can rule out that the retailers are those that screwed up, since this can be a commonplace process and in all their scores no one else complained a few simliar problem.

In both instances I reached out to Binance help, however they appeared not aware of problems with that sort and couldn't assist.

So I'm asking if I'm the only one which experienced such issues and if not, why doesn't Binance put an enormous disclaimer on the cards to boost attention to the fact that the cardboard should not be used for security deposits ever?
