I went to a ATM to withdraw 100 euro's and the transaction went through from my account the the ATM said technical error can not make transaction.Biance customer support said they will investigate that was over 2 months ago I have not recieved my money back or even heard back. Has this happend to anyone else using the card to withdraw?
