Binance cars disappeared funds

Hey guys sorry for my english im not native speaker. I havent used my binance card since at the least 6 months. I have my card at my place didnt lost it or something like that. I used to be holding there 3 euro like on the cardboard section. Yesterday I logged in and observed that from my Spot account disappeared 450 euro. I used to be actually confuesd trigger I havent been doing any transaction just lately. I went on card section and observed that there were four transaction made in France from my card. And the funds have been routinely transfered to my card from spot account, I didnt know its potential. I wasnt holding euro, I was holding Usdt in my spot account. It transfered usdt to euro with out my information like mechanically and despatched it to the card. Is there anything I can get these a refund.
