I made a Fiat withdrawal a few days back to my credit card from binance, I did receive the money, but yesterday i found another transaction from binance "Cash withd. on debit with card at atm" in which Binance deducted the exact same amount from my bank account of the initial transaction.
The bank said that they were used to these kind of issues with binance and that I should just wait it out a few days, but now my account is in overdrawn and my bank will charge me for it.
In my binance account the balance is 0, and in the transaction history i find the the withdrawal with the status completed, but the money they charged back is nowhere to be found.
I proceeded to appeal said withdrawal because i dont know any other way to get in touch with support.
This is not a P2P transaction, it was a direct withdrawal in fiat to my bank account via my card, not SEPA.
Did anyone of you got this issue, what happened ?
thanks a lot and sorry 4 the long post.
TL;DR : withdrew money from binance to my bank account via credit card, received the money. 4 days later Binance deducts the same amount from my account on itself. Now bank account is overdrawn. Cant find the money.
