I logged in to check funds and got an ominous message that my account is restricted per their terms and I need to withdraw funds in 72 hours. I could not withdraw because of issues with the limits and having a newborn at home to find the patience to do that. Now I cannot access the account. I sent a chat but it’s a bot. Ticket is 72317522. Did they steal my funds? How does this happen? Anyone else experience this?
