Binance closing trading pairs / how to repay debt if they don't allow transferring colletaral for those pairs?

I got 2 email updates that specific trading pairs on isolated/cross margin are getting closed (probably due to regulation) and I should repay debt. It's like 10$ fiat debt.

Unfortunately, Binance restricts transferring funds to the exact trading pairs they are closing? How tf am I supposed to repay my debt if I can't transfer funds from spot to margin accounts for those trading pairs?

I don't want to take chances bc who knows, they might liquidate the whole margin account just bc a few $ in debt.

Anyone with the same problem? Suggestions?
