Binance delisting process

I observed that a coin i had swrv was delisted some time in the past by finance that's truthful enough, nevertheless, I went to look and saw there was no choice to withdraw. I ended up forwards and backwards with a manager they usually stored going round in circles and could not answer my query, the question was... the place does my asset go once they delist it they usually stated they might not present that info and ended the chat, is this not worrying or am I wanting too much into it? my point was it's my asset I should have the choice to withdraw and that they should have bought my asset it's pretty loopy to me. Not everyone can keep up with every little thing happening in crypto.
