binance -- deposited funds GONE

Bad enough it took 5 weeks to get registered on this site.

Deposited 1500 USD, account shows the deposit, but a balance if ZERO!

no transaction, no explanation, nothing.

created ticket over 1 month ago.

from what i can tell, ticket has not even been opened.

submitted the priority ticket process with account number, ticket number, exact details over 1 week ago. after sometime, webpage said that I could close the page, and I would get an email response.

again. nothing.

I spent a few decades in an IT support help-desk.

If tickets can't at least be opened, and an initial response made in 24 to 36 hours, a company should not even be in business "my opinion"... sure at times companies can get a little behind, but this is just unacceptable.

why would anyone want to deposit a serious amount of money, when there appears to be exactly NO support. Funds can disappear, just nothing.

everywhere you read this is the biggest crypto exchange, how can this be with this level of support??
