Binance did something massively wrong by releasing a scammer's cryptocurrency

I dealt with someone on Binance P2P. Everything went smoothly. A couple of days later, I got a message from my payments company that the woman has opened a dispute with her bank and restrictions have been put on my account. After VERY, VERY LONG conversations with the person I dealt with, I found out that she wasn't a British woman but in fact, he was a Nigerian man who had stolen the identity of a British woman and made a Binance account in her name and a bank account in her name. After A LOT OF hassle, I was able to get the restrictions on my account removed and got the money returned to the British woman. Very soon after I got the message from my payments company, I got the counterparty's Binance account permanently frozen and made sure that they told me that it was permananently frozen. Binance told me that they needed proof that I returned the money to the British woman's account. I provided them the proof. Binance still said that I need to sort things out with the counterparty before they could send the cryptocurrency I had transferred to the counterparty as part of the deal. The next time I contacted them, Binance had unfrozen the counterparty's account and the Nigerian scammer had withdrawn all his cryptocurrency (well, he left $2 out of $7200, so can't really say all). Not even once had I allowed Binance to unfreeze his account. I was very clearly assured by Binance that his account was permanently frozen. I had even provided them proof that I returned the money back to the British woman. And Binance let the scammer run away with my cryptocurrency. After repeatedly contacting them, they basically said there's nothing they can do about this now. Is there anything I can do? Shouldn't Binance refund my cryptocurrency back to me because it is completely Binance's fault?
