binance disabled my withdrawals 20 days

binance suspended withdrawals on my account binance dot com not dot us

i have about 1.27 bitcoin on it

this happened over 20 days ago

i contacted support and they just keep bouncing me around other agents

they asked for information and i have provided it but it always takes a week for anyone to reply and it starts all over again

this is a lot of money for me

for context im 63 years old and currently hospitalized due to co vid 19

needless to say i have very expensive medical bills i need to cover
