Binance Futures TP/SL sometimes don't work?

Hi binancians.

When you open an order on Futures, you have the possibility to define TP and SL during order creation.

I've noticed sometimes those TP SL don't trigger themselves which can be dangerous. Sometimes I double-check and I create a separate order for Stop Loss.

Anybody noticed that too? Thanks
