I can't deposit nor withdraw my HNT since last night, is this happening to you guys? I'm on binance.com

The reason the Helium HNT deposits are sometimes suspended is because the Helium network is stopped from time to time so some improvements are added to the blockchain. You don't have to worry as this is usually solved fast.

The Helium (HNT) network may have an outage n 2022-01-22 due to network slowness and congestion. As a result, withdrawals on Binance via the Helium (HNT) network will be paused until the issue is resolved. Binance is actively working with the Project team to provide a stable, long-term solution.
Binance will reopen withdrawals via the Helium (HNT) network once we deem the network to be stable, and we will not notify users in a further announcement.

Another reason when this happens is when Binance gets ready to support the Helium (HNT) network upgrade.

  • The trading of HNT will not be affected during the upgrade.
  • Binance will handle all technical requirements involved for all users holding HNT in their Binance accounts.
  • The Helium (HNT) network upgrade will not result in new tokens being created.
  • Binance will reopen deposit and withdrawal for HNT once we deem the upgraded network to be stable, and we will not notify users in a further announcement.
