Binance holding my BTC for 7 days after all stipulations met

Yesterday i deposited 28,600 BTC to my binance wallet. I immediately got an email stating that due to the large amount and the transaction history that i would need to fund 15% of this to another wallet to unlock these funds. Okay fine my account is kinda new. The unreasonable part is that was 6pm yesterday. Binance does not allow you to trade and withdraw that on their platform in that time with a bank transfer so i bit the bullet and paid the insane atm fees and sent it to the wallet binance support created. they gave me from July 26 6PM -7 GMT to July 28 8AM -GMT to complete this transaction. so thats 4290 not including fees. about 5K later its done at 5PM-7GMT July 27. I confirmed the transaction on the blockchain all is well it went through. I contact support thinking theres a chance this wont happen until tomorrow at 8AM but hey maybe support can make my funds available now. I get a response saying that i did not make the time. AS I WRITE THIS NOW THE DEADLINE HAS STILL NOT COME TO PASS. that they will then hold my BTC deposit for 7 days.

Has anyone been through this hell. and how do i escape it?

Also i would have used coinbase but they have a 25,000 limit so im aware binance sucks but i was exceeding the limits.
