Binance, I am desperate

Hello, good afternoon this can be a kinda determined state of affairs for me, I've an open case in binance.
The issue is that I’ve been waiting 24h for a solution, from the technical staff. But I obtained no answer.
I actually needed this cash, I know is little money but for me is just not that little, so, somebody please assist me.
Any help could be very appreciated and useful, I just want my 40 dollars again, so if someone is aware of someone that would help me, So if any person knows one thing about this tipe of situations in the crypto world please reach out to me. I don’t even understand how this occurred. I need assistance from binance.
