Binance is holding $4m USD of my funds for over a month.

Hey guys, I know this probably gets posted a lot but I need something to possibly calm me down. I have over 4m in my Binance account and I randomly received this message when trying to withdraw. ( I know there's fake accounts that will try to message me, but I'm on a throwaway and not dumb)

My withdrawal got rejected and made me do a face scan, no problem. Did that and it said withdrawals has been enabled again. I tried to do so, then received another error saying it's been disabled and rejected due to "risk control". I have not changed my IP, device, or even an increase in size of withdrawal. I am willing to provide any information that they may ask.

I'm currently in queue with a "specialist". I'm wondering if anyone else had these issues recently randomly? I'm curious if it's something I did.

I have been waiting for about a month for a specialist to respond to my live chat, yet absolutely nothing... I completely understand that they're busy but I am being transferred around and no response.

I have hounded their Twitter and asked for an update every day. I do get answered on Twitter, but mostly just bot messages. I'm getting really desperate and messaging a ton of people, and now this reddit post.
