Binance is returning the bank card withdrawals and there is nothing you can do

Since the only EUR withdraw method available from Binance is bank card, they can "reverse" the withdraw at will, and when you try to complain to them and ask for explanations, they ask you the bank account where the funds were "returned" to, which clearly is not possible to know as it was a "reverse" operation by card, and no recipient bank account is shown.

They literally are stealing your withdraw and there is nothing you can do about it. That's the reason why bank transfers (SEPA) have been disable for many months already, since it's not that easy to revert a SEPA transfer, and the customer must approve the transaction (which doesn't apply with operations by card).
