Binance is stealing all my money, and closing my account

I saw other people having the same issue. I logged into my account today and I see Binance asking me that I have 24h to withdraw my coins, otherwise everything will be lost. Now when I try to withdraw and transfer them, I need to request a code in my email address. The mail arrives 5h late, and is already invalid when using it. This is scandalous. Is there a mod who can help here please ? I can’t even contact customer service on the website.
