Binance is Stealing My ETH

Hi, Please read this post and help me to solve this problem.

Last years I staked 1 ETH and I got BETH as reward plus daily reward. Also Binance restricted my account because of my nationality caused by FATF and US sanctions. That's why I could only transfer my assets to another wallet from Binance, but I can't transfer that 1.0298 BETH anywhere because I have no access to any wallet supporting BETH token. That's why I request Binance to refund it as ETH so I can transfer it, they promised to do it last month (February 2022) but they didn't and now after 50 hours of chatting they say refund will be sent at the end if this month. If I didn't need the fund I could have waited, but I really need that fund because of a problem that's hurting me now. So please share your idea and help me with this issue. It's sucks when you can't get your own money. Thank you all!
