Binance keeps lying and refusing to give my money back.

So, I had deposited money into my account and wanted to withdraw it back a couple of weeks after.
I withdrew the money but after that it came as declined, and my account was blocked from trading and withdrawing
I've been trying to get help from support but they keep lying about my account being unblocked and closing the case.
Now I open my chat and the case is closed and not even there. They're literally refusing to give me my money back
