I made a cost with my Binance Card to a Vendor for a product which is a month-to-month membership for an internet course. The course did by no means absolutely arrive. the seller deleted his mail tackle and his contact page so there isn't any strategy to reach out to him.
so i reached out to Binance Help.
I waited for almost 2 weeks now, the fraudulent vendor simply charged my card again as it's a month-to-month cost. I've no method to cancel. The cost provider Stripe stated you as the financial institution are the one ones who can cancel the cost and situation a chargeback. I didn't receive the promised issues.
Im not getting an answer from Binance. Remember for those who want providers like chargebacks or cancellations when paying together with your Binance Card.

I wouldn´t be capable of use my Binance card anymore which i invested 40 BNB to revenue from the higher cashback tier. It may well´t be too exhausting to unravel that drawback. Additionally ordering a brand new card, like recommended, can be a solution however I´d should pay for a brand new one and alter my card details in all places. This might have been solved within minutes from Binance CS but nonetheless i haven´t heard anything from their aspect than to attend!
