BINANCE LIQUID SWAP NOT LIQUID MADE ME LOOSE 25% OF MY MONEY INSTANTLY

I contacted binance customer support because I wanted to know why my shares value suddenly decreased out of a sudden while the corresponding asset-price did not change.

After some discussion I asked the following question:

Me: "So you mean that my k went down 25% because the pool was not liquid? "

BinanceSupport: " Yes, you're right. I can't see any other reason. "

In my question k = the constant in the formula x*y=k (see What Is Impermanent Loss | Binance Support )

This means: I Just lost 25% of my share value because for some reason the NEU/USDT pool was not liquid at some point. This is a huge risk that is not stated somewhere in the terms of use (atleast i did not find it)
