Binance lost my money

I wired to their bank. I have the wire confirmation and trail. I have an email from Binance saying they are rejecting my wire and instructed me to recall it. My bank recalled it. twice. I am talking to their support stuff for HOURS< they play dumb and can't find the money even when I give them THEIR tracking number and the federal reserve tracking ID.

Unbelievable , horrible customer experience, they will :get back to me within 24 hours" after sitting on my money for 3 weeks and counting. multiple chats, multiple emails. absolutely horrible organization, absolutely horrible customer support.

Do yourself a favor, don't use them. all is fine and dandy until something goes wrong and their left hand can't find their right hand

I will update here if they ever return my money.
