Hi, I have sent SEPA payment to my Binance account, more then one week ago, but I still didn’t received my money. Details of payment was filled right. I contacted support, sent the appeal according to instructions, but they sent false appeal result, from totally different person(with his personal information). Support isn’t even described the problem, they only mentioned that there are several issues with payment channel and they are working on it. Also they said there isn’t particular time, when it will be solved. This is unbelievable. They also agreed that they are responsible for my problem. I am strongly disappointed by this.
