Is the pump on new listing in the first minute real? Let's say binance announces that a new coin will be listed on a certain date at 0.20USD . I tried to buy that new listing with a bot API but the price was already at 3$ after the first seconds of listing. Is this difference real? Or just the base price of 0.20$ is never used in the initial trades?
