Wanted to buy some ETH with the p2p function but the seller never released my funds. I sent screenshots and video recordings of the the transaction weeks ago, but the appeal is pending. Contacted support several times already and they confirmed that my evidence has been received but the case still being reviewed internally. It’s have two orders pending, both via different crypto sellers and none of the sellers released the funds and binance is taking ages to resolve these cases. I am slowly feeling that my money is gone… has anyone here had similar experience?
