I used Binance P2P to buy USDT and from the search filter, I select Skrill as a payment method so I could find sellers who use Skrill as well. In somehow and by mistake, the page got refreshed and all sellers appeared for me regardless what the payment method they are using. So I did choose a seller and I transfer to him via Skrill using his email address and later on, I figured out that this seller did not use Skrill as a payment method on Binance P2P but he has an account in Skrill and the payment has been sent successfully to his Skrill account. I contact him and I told him to either make a refund or release the coins to my wallet as per my mistake.
Unfortunately, he refused to cooperate, and then he completely ignored me on Binance Chat + on emails.
Now, the appeal is still pending since 26 Sep 2021 and Binance Customer Support didn't take the necessary action, they keep giving the seller 12 hours to respond and the seller is ignoring them as well.
I have provided them the evidence from the Skrill Support team, confirming that the payment has been processed successfully to the seller so Skrill has nothing to do in this case.
The weird thing is that Binance's customer support did not take any action with the seller and they keep giving him time to respond on each day I checked with them! (since 26 September! )
I need to read your recommendation on this situation, is there any idea to get this issue solved? Please share your thoughts. if you were me, what would you do?
