Binance P2P seller is not releasing crypto

I have purchased USDT using binance P2P via zelle. Usually sellers doesn't mention their zelle account information in the payment section and they send it later in the chat. So after seller sending zelle account details, I have transferred money to zelle account provided by seller and it is successfully transferred. I marked the order as payment transferred. Then seller stopped responding in the chat for 1 hour. Usually, P2P crypto release doesn't take that much time. They release within couple of minutes, in a worst case 30-45 minutes. Still seller is not responding and now more than 1 day passed. After 1 hour of seller not responding, I have appealed to Binance customer support and they have asked me transaction proof and a video of my bank account. I have already provided them within 2 hours. Still seller is not responding and Binance CS still doing nothing. They are sending messages to seller to upload a video and for that itself 1 day is been. I'm not sure what's happening with Binance CS. They should take necessary action now since they can see the P2P chat as well. How long they keep to resolve a such case?
