Binance regulatory issues

Regarding Binance operating in the UK, US(without Binance.us) or other countries can someone tell me exactly what regulatory issues Binance is facing?

The reason I'm asking is that I'd hate to see the exchange shut out of more countries for trivial reasons and would like to know if there's any adjustments being made within the company to comply with what the regulatory bodies of these countries are asking for.

I am just going to saying that I love Binance, out of the top exchanges like Coinbase or Crypto.com Binance is the only exchange that supports my country, Binance works as DEX should by supporting a wide array of projects, having their own Smart chain and making it easy for persons like myself to connect to the crypto currency world.
