Binance reset my account

Hi all, wanted to share my history because I need support from the community.

Since around 2 months I haven’t been able to access to Binance app because every time I tried to access I was getting stuck in the email verification because they were not sending the code. I never really cared as I could still access via normal browser, every verification message was being sent there.

Today I went to the browser to disable email verification and enable phone one so I could try accessing the app with a phone verification code (wanted to try if this worked).

So I changed everything, unbounded email verification and bounded phone verification.

And then I logged in via the app because the verification actually worked, but everything was reset to 0!!! There is no balance, futures are not enabled, account is not verified.. it’s like my account is completely new.

I certainly money there and now it’s gone. Has this happened to anyone? I’m dead worried…
