Binance sanctioned suck

I have no clue what is going on with all those sanctiones from banks and even other exchanges, .. there is no legal charge being made so far?!

For example I can only transfer money via credit card, and I also used a different exchange to transfer funds but now that has been blocked as well and the exchange is not allowing me to send XRP to my Binance wallet.. because of safety concerns..

So my question is, when is this bullshit over and what is the actual blocking point??
