Hello,
I recently send USDT from a Binance Smart Chain network in my MetaMask wallet to my Coinbase Wallet. When it didn't show up, I realized I had made a mistake; however, when I switch the CB Wallet network over to Binance Smart Chain, the USDT appears. After a bit of research, I now realize that when I originally converted BNB to USDT, it did not occur cross-chain, and the USDT I received was BEP-20.
In order to send the USDT(BEP-20) out of CoinBase Wallet, it is requiring ETH for the transaction fee. Being that I am attempting the transfer from the Binance Smart Chain network, I cannot put ETH onto the network to use as a Txn fee. I tried sending ETH, but it went to the ETH network instead. I also tried sending ETH (BEP20), but it never showed up.
Any ideas about what I can do to get the USDT (BEP20) off the BSC network? Ultimately, I want to convert it to ETH. Thank you.
